• Create non-fertility spaces. Set aside time to do something together that has nothing to do with trying to conceive.

• Check in regularly. Ask each other, “How are you, really?” and listen without fixing or judging.

• Seek outside support. Whether it’s therapy, coaching, or a support group, having space to process individually or together can relieve pressure.

• Be kind to each other. Assume good intentions, and remember that you’re on the same team, even when things feel heavy.
