About Deborah Taylor

Deborah Taylor is the founder of Flow to Fertile and a Nutritional Therapist specialising in fertility and women's hormonal health.

​

She supports women and couples online or in person in North Yorkshire, who are trying to conceive, whether they're just beginning their fertility journey, facing fertility challenges, navigating IVF, experiencing recurrent pregnancy loss or managing hormonal health conditions.

​

Using a functional medicine approach, Deborah helps clients understand the root causes behind their fertility and hormonal health challenges. She considers each person's health history, current symptoms and lifestyle and, where appropriate, recommends functional testing to provide greater clarity and identify what the body needs to be in the best possible position to conceive.

​

Deborah's passion for this work comes from her own experience of infertility and recurrent miscarriage. After exhausting conventional medical options, she turned to a more natural approach to rebalance her gut health, hormones and nervous system - a journey she believes played an important role in helping her welcome her healthy baby boy at the age of 41.
